This property is one of the very few real estate properties in downtown Chattanooga that has parking available on site and is free for employees and to your customers. The 3,600 SF suite is raw space with plumbing and HVAC runs to the site but needs to be hooked up.

The shuttle is available and walking distance to several eateries. Attached is a map of restaurants walking distance from the hotel.

YELP REVIEW OF HOTEL: An Ideal location on several fronts. Located right across the street from the convention center. Also, it is just a short drive away from a variety of restaurants and bars. The cool guy at the front desk pointed us in the direction of a few late night grocery options seeing as we did not get in until after 8 PM.

The hotels offer an excellent fitness room. Plenty of options. They have a washer and dryer room. I spend a lot of time on the road, and that is always appreciated. They have an indoor pool which is a must in late October. And I will pit their complimentary breakfast up against any hotel.

The room itself could not be beaten. You walk into a living room separate from the bedroom. It comes complete with television and a couch with a foldout bed. The room also has a full kitchen. It was nice not eating out for a change. The bedroom is clean and comfortable. The bath sink is separate from the bathroom. Plenty of drawer and closet space. FIVE STARS!!!!!
