Liberty Tower is the newest addition to Chattanooga's Class A office market, having officially opened on May 16, 2013. The US Green Building Council has awarded the prestigious Gold Level LEED Certification to Liberty Tower in recognition of its achievements in sustainability and energy efficiency.

Located at the corner of Sixth & Chestnut in downtown Chattanooga, Liberty Tower has been outfitted with a brand new HVAC system with web-based energy management. All windows and curtain wall systems have been replaced. Every floor within the building has been gutted and readied for a new occupant's custom design and construction.

Liberty Tower offers a Conference Centre on its 3rd floor with meeting rooms of various sizes. All are equipped with Wi-Fi, audio-visual components, and brand new table and chairs that can be easily reconfigured based upon the users' needs. Tenants may hard-wire their server to the Conference Centre for supreme connectivity. Use of the Conference Centre is free to tenants, albeit there is a small clean-up fee assessed.
