This 142 acres of prime property fronts Rhea County Hwy (Hwy 27) and is between Walnut Grove Church Road and Blueberry Hill Rd. It has about 1000 feet of frontage on the highway and goes back some 4,500 back away from the highway. The property has recently been lumbered for the hard woods so has some dirt cut into the property now. (see maps attached)

The bulk of this land is in the county and is unzoned. Only frontage is zoned C2.

There are two out parcels that front Hwy 27 which are zoned commercial which would make great commercial or retail sites. The typography of the land is somewhat like the typography of Bryan College which is about a half mile away.
