Leveraging my experience as a successful commercially focused real estate, I decided to partner with a leading residential based real estate broker to create the company Prestige Property Brokers. A skilled negotiator with a reputation for creating successful outcomes for investors and tenants alike, I bring over 10 years of commercial investment, development and brokerage experience. My experience ranges from brokerage, acquisitions, leasing and financial and market analysis for my clients. I have worked with Nashville developers in the acquisition of land for a $159 Million development project along the Tennessee Riverfront. I recently helped a tenant to successfully renegotiate their lease for a savings of over a $1,000,000 in rents and tenant improvement allowances. While at Keller Williams Commercial, I consistently earned a top 5 ranking in the Southeast for gross commissions earned. I have played an integral part in the redevelopment of the Southside from acquisitions of historical buildings, becoming knowledgeable on facade grants, understanding the conservation of buildings, and finding tenants to fill the newly refurbished buildings.
